Today I revisited EuroVNA a project I recently read about in the CQ DL 04-2020.

It a new open source VNA, Spectrumanalyser, SDR, you name it and two PHD students are working on in their free time. The technical data sounds quite promising: 9kHz … 11 GHz frequency range, competitive technical specs and made in Germany.

The article that introduced this new VNA project in CQ DL is comparing the accuracy with a Rhode & Schwarz ZVB-8 and the results are quite similar which is promising.

Since this is a free time project, lets hope that the creators find enough time for a release soon so we can get our hands on this exciting project to play with it and maybe create more exciting projects :)
